The Mackenzie/McDonald Village areas combine to make 1 large 4 sq km planning area. This area will have the most demand out of the village areas, and will develop very quickly. Mackenzie is a perfect street (eg light traffic) to make a retail strip. Nice street to grab a patio coffee.
