Sexy bitch brickwork with some possible terra cotta elements.

They'd like to open a sales gallery in August of 2025. They said pre-sales on their previous project lasted about 1year before groundbreaking so perhaps movement in 3rd quarter of 2026 is sales are good with completion 24-28 months thereafter.

The first 4-floors would be hand laid brickwork with precast modules of brick above.
