I should have said popular park open to the public. Really though, it seems like a slow moving bait and switch, especially considering it was publicly owned land in the first place.

Would be less terrible if it was only temporary, but I thought I also read something about a vehicle maintenance facility too, which didn’t sound so temporary.

The city shouldn’t be so quick to approve this rezoning request simply to make parking solutions easier for the mill. There’s other parking solutions. The city should hold steady and keep it zoned as a park.
