If your definition of skyscraper is 150m+, the City of Chicago is ahead of the City of Toronto and will still have a lead when buildings currently under construction top out: 141 vs 127. By metropolitan area, Chicago MSA has the lead but Toronto CMA will move ahead when buildings currently under construction top out: 141 vs 150.
