Has anything concrete (pun unintentional) been announced about Phase 2 of the waterline? IIRC, there were obviously the original renderings and marketing material, etc., showing a second shorter building, but I don't think I've seen anything specific about it yet.

Judging by the rate the Waterline is going, it seems like they are truly on track for a Fall 2025 completion; if Phase 2 were going to begin right afterwards, I'd think there'd need to be something filed on it by now. Perhaps with interest rates, etc., they're pausing it for the time being.
