Yeah, this is most certainly a go. That's why Related is moving so quickly, they intend to build. There are a lot of things in the pipeline for the city, concerning tall towers. But there's a good chance Related
alone could have 4 major supertalls under construction in Manhattan at once, depending on getting the casino license. Let us think about that. Here, they have at least 9 months of demo once they start. So at the earliest we're talking maybe the summer, end of next year or early 2026 before this begins to rise. Casino license would be granted next year, and the following year would commence construction on those towers. So the timeline fits.
