I also heard from a source on two separate occasions that the 1st tower was fully leased. There was a report in the news not too long ago stating that the vacancy rate in NB was the lowest it had been in over 30 years at 1.5% - and that is province wide.
I'd agree that the 70% figure must be for the 2nd building.
