I think this is an example that illustrates perfectly the problem with our restrictive outlook on housing. Landlords have zero need to be competitive in the housing market because vacancy rates are next to zero, while the electorate decries any effort to boost supply. Good that this project was approved, and hopefully the existing building sees improvements.
