The Waterline developer still owns the site which is hopeful. But there are no plans to start a project anytime soon due to market conditions, and no building permits have been filed. Even if a site plan was filed tomorrow, it would be two years before anything started. In my humble opinion, something will be built maybe in 5+ years.
