Other than that....the podium seems iffy. The heritage structure looking a lot more surrounded now....not a fan of that. It could really use some simplifying...those concrete ladders look good though.

Yeah those are my main concerns with it also, although the design is growing on me. The box impaled on that 60s era tripod stick reminds me of some kind of space probe or something. That midrise podium behind the Harbour Commission seems unnecessary though and crowds the site. Some of the issue there is just that it's not a huge footprint for such a large office tower.
