Hey Guys, I forgot to add the 1213 Grundy that was announced this past week as well. This is the third tower they have planned in a one block area. A 16 story in the Gulch from Tidal Real Estate out of NY. image courtesy Nashville Post.

As far as the Ritz Carlton I have heard that there are other looking to buy the property and bring that brand into town. The hotel market is still very strong. There was also an article in the NBJ about the office market and class A space and higher that is going to be underserved in the near future. So, there is going to be a need for new office towers to start in the near future. Hopefully that will mean Amazon 3 (604'), but there are multiple locations that have office towers planned Reed District, RMR district, Beaman, district, etc. Also, there are 5 more residential high-rises to be built at Nashville Yards. I would say they are about 65% done with that project.
