I really wish we had a tower somewhere in the 750' range. There's such a plateau effect going on with a lot of the towers downtown.
I think 325 ATX, Independent, Austonian, 415 Colorado, The Republic, and Modern Austin are all within 50' to 60' in height of each other. I think Waterline should help at least so 6G isn't the only one sticking way out above the rest.
