Yes, very exciting indeed! This area has been underbuilt/underutilized for a long time. It'll be nice to see the skyline extend west a little bit. And it's also within easy walking distance to a lot of amenities (Fillmore, Japantown, Civic Center, Hayes Valley) so I think we'll see a lot of street level activation as well.
