With Smith's statements about employee housing close to the DC, I think we see at least one 20+ story one and maybe more.

At this point, I'm starting to think anything is possible. I am hoping for a new NFL/MLS stadium, next to a TRAX station, surrounded by four mixed use, supertalls with ground floor retail.
