Ottawa Marriott Hotel – Hotel
Standing at 29 storeys and easily recognizable with its circular rotating top floor, the Ottawa Marriot Hotel was acquired by Mississauga-based Manga Hotels for a total consideration of $86.5 million. The hotel contains 489 rooms, representing a price per room of $176,892. The hotel boasts an indoor pool, fitness centre, sauna, games room, restaurant, and a Starbucks, along with approximately 36,000 square feet of event space. The vendor, Toronto-based InnVest Hotels, had previously acquired the Ottawa Marriott Hotel in February 2016 for a total consideration of $111 million.
