It’s two completely separate divisions of Acciona. Acciona Infrastructure is also currently building the Broadway Subway, we should soon learn how delayed that project is. So far there hasn’t been any reports of substandard or incorrect construction.
It’s also notable to bring up that Aecon is part of the Crosslinx consortium building the disaster which is Eglinton Crosstown. Dragonos from the guideway contract are also in Crosslinx.
