Could the title of the thread be updated? I understand space is at a premium on titles, but the two are connected, ultimately based on schematics in the thread.

The CSB will likely be coming out of the ground before the new Bed Tower as it's on a previously cleared site.
There will be extensive reconfigurations of existing structures and some demolition of older, smaller structures taking place as well to support the construction of the future Bed Tower over the next few years.
