Just a note that this was scaled back from the original design, to get approvals. Unfortunate but but... significant for Newark. I sort of don't get the logic of reducing this from 570 units to now 514 considering sky high demand in the region, yet again, I don't proclaim to understand the mindsets of the clinically slow but still... a victory for Newark.

We just need that IDT parcel development to start rising. 2100 units of it. Between Summit, Halo and IDT, we are talking 3000+ units. For Newark, which is massive. The city was once in a state of stagnation and retaining the status quo but in time, going the way of Jersey City, both filling that NYC demand because NYC is busy twiddling its thumbs when HOUSING HOUSING HOUSING is needed! NJ is aiding in that respect.
