This is crazy. The One could potentially be one of the city's best new landmarks yet it's going to be crowded that closely by something bland and inferior? The tallest buildings aren't even that close together in the financial district. If it was 217.4m then fine. It's not even the worst design I've seen. I actually prefer it to Sky Tower which I'm not a fan of, but that is not the place.
