Thanks for the historical background on the hospital windmill FrAnKs. The Wikipedia photo shows it with the exposed stonework, so I suppose relatively recently they covered it in stucco - perhaps that was how it was originally finished?

Nice deep dive on the that Commercial Union building and its neighbours Rico. Not sure how highly it ranks in Montreal in terms of great buildings, its gotta be up there, or is it lost in the big mix of really nice buildings?
