The heights I would say are adjustable, but the numbers are what they aare sirking with.

I doubt you get more blue glass, particularly with the Wynn casino. But pay no attention to those massings, which are reflective of the programming.

Judging by the boards own selection criteria, Related’s would likely get tge highest rating.
But I think the most noise among tge NIMBYs woukd be against the large podium, which is basically the casino complex.
One thing for sure, the old plan is dead. Related is all in on the office, as they have run out of room. At the same time, residential hasn’t done as well. In the beginning, they were expecting it to be the other way around.
BTW, though it doesn’t look it on the graphic, that residential tower is nearly 1,200 ft.
