Good? Based on what? The tacked on offset two different sizes of something gingerbread projecting from the multi-coloured stucco intended to evoke some sort of faux wood incorporating a few asymetrical projecting boxes with some of the balcony soffits painted in different colours? The rather strange massing from a livability/view corridor perspective? The promise of more of the same immediately to the south? The lack of exterior amenity space (I know the warehouse district park won't be that far one day but that's a different amenity level than having somewhere to send your kid's to play without leaving your building or being able to have a barbeque).

Kudos for the attempt I suppose but I think this one's a failure as currently presented.
"Good" as in a home for people to live in and hopefully be reasonably affordable, centrally. Looks like the 121 West Apartments with a better main floor.

Or like the new apartments on 105 Ave. Looks like an normal apartment building to me.
