I don't have direct information but I hear through the grapevine that the Rideau/King Edward location will be done first given there used to be a store there before development. Lyon/Albert will follow. If that is true, figure the fall for work to begin on ground floor. It must be a done deal though because there is no leasing info posted anywhere.
