That’s probably better than nothing. The tricky thing with an interchange is that one will have to account for the railroad crossing further west.
That said, I wonder if the 2 median left turns are necessary (other than for convenience).
It may even be a good interim solutions for all the traffic lights on the divided portion of TCH so far (okay, except through Brandon and around Deacons Corner).
