I would say demo is out of the question.
The question is are they gonna do the bare minimum so it can continue its legacy of the most expensive boat show venue on the planet for 750M or are they going to approach the als and MFC and ask what it would take to get them both in there full time

Intimate 30k venue expandable to 40K with a retractable roof, modern amenities and player facilities. Access to the surrounding area for tailgates and fan party's with a favourable lease. That's the Billion dollar+ question. For them to spend that kind of money to get 2 or 3 concerts and the odd grey cup/ "outdoor" hockey game seems irresponsible. If they can pull 2 pro sports teams playing 30+ games a year at least they have a viable reason to spend that kind of money at least it would be thriving
Personally I would just love to see them replace the green roof panels with something translucent. Man would that ever modernize the interior bowl
