Didn't Montreal get screwed last winter also? I think I remember a long term anomaly that had a blue bubble smack over Montreal.
Winter hasn't really started here yet. We had a shot of wet snow that melted yesterday. Double digits and a rain storm this weekend. Pretty typical of our December's lately. Winter doesn't seem to kick off until January. Not really sure how I feel about it. Would be nice to have a wintery Christmas.
