Medical buildings love their parking lots. I believe they own that lot and the one across Hughson as well. Core Urban said they've tried, and will hopefully one day get it, but they'll have to convince the Medical Arts building they either don't need all that parking, or that they can provide the parking underground. Seniors sometimes struggle to park in garages though, so surface lots are quite common around medical buildings for this reason.
