I believe the main objection is the loss of parking for the Medical Arts building but I'm sure Core Urban can have a larger underground and or above ground parking garage included with a certain amount of spots set aside for Medical Arts to make a tower work on the corner lot. It may have to be a taller tower to make it work though.
