Interesting stuff. They specifically mention a wet lab facility in the resolution so that's a possibiliy I'd guess. Also notable that they don't actually name the boundaries of the subdistrict -- just that it's in the larger Gateway area.
Honestly, at first I thought they were talking about Pickle.
