I believe the Académie might be unoccupied now, though it still looks to be well-maintained.
Hopefully it will find an occupant soon, as it and the former Brasseurs du Temps (former Château d'Eau) are two very nice refurbished heritage buildings in Vieux-Hull that should definitely be used for something.
