It would be absolutely moronic for the city to hold this one up. Great location, reasonable size. But let me guess, they'll deny it because of some shadows that may cast into the adjacent park for some hours in the morning.
Are we in a housing crisis? Or is that just some term politicians throw around when they need some votes?
