This is major. Demolishing that mall unlocks so much potential for Downtown White Plains. Main street runs right alongside this mall. It is smack dab in the center of downtown segmenting the densest part of the city around it. With it gone, everything comes together. Not just better pedestrian flow, but it should improve car traffic as well. If they manage to replace all the parking underground, that is another huge win.
