Seriously, in the next year or so - whichever major grocery chain sets up shop in the core will be doing good business. People gotta eat and many would take full advantage of a store within walking distance.

Usually condos I believe are estimated at approximately 1.6 people per unit I believe so would be closer to 1000 people. I'm always forget that person estimate though.
