A google search tells me 616 units... so at an average of 1.5 bodies per unit, that should add an extra 900+ people to the downtown core.
Seriously, in the next year or so - whichever major grocery chain sets up shop in the core will be doing good business. People gotta eat and many would take full advantage of a store within walking distance.
