In the back (North/East) the land behind the back lot is being cleared. It is an "odd" and isolated area. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? A few people in my condo building think it is a residential building but that seems VERY unlikely with no access road. Also it kinda looks like it may be DOT or Railroad (NS) property.
