As someone who lives in one of the nearby neighbourhoods, the changes look great!

I would have supported the three towers as well, but having towers that close together starts to look a bit Ghetto here... we're not Manhattan. We have lots of space for further towers along the river or Carling Ave. There's no need for car dealerships or massive surface parking lots in this part of town anymore. Can't wait to see this built. Who knows, if the units are nice enough, maybe it's somewhere I'd want to live when I'm old won't want to maintain a house anymore.
