I'm aware that gate 11 has always been a jetway gate. Did you take a look at the link I posted upthread with the schematics for the gate 11 hardstand ops? It's hard to have any sort of an adequate hardstand op with gate 11 being used. It'll be interesting to see the logistics of it with simultaneous flights being bused at the same time.
Hopefully they did expand the gate 13 hold room. It's like a dungeon down there.
