Though, it's also somewhat common for the cloud layer to just form low enough to obscure at least the top of the Ren Cen. Usually during stormy weather.

Couldn't find any pictures recent enough with the Hudson tower under construction, but when it's topped out, it'll definitely poke through some clouds like the Ren Cen.
