Patry Group & Theberge Homes are proposing to construct a 6-storey mid-rise mixed-use residential and commercial building at 8201 Campeau Drive in Kanata.
The proposed development will consist of two mixed-use, but primarily residential buildings at 6-storeys connected with a 1-storey link, providing a total of 333 residential units. There will be 376 regular vehicular parking spots, 357 of which will be located in 3 underground levels. 182 tandem vehicular parking spots will also be provided, as well as 180 bicycle parking spots. 272 m2 of commercial space is also included. The building will be completed over two phases using wood construction over concrete.
