Seems like a good use of the space. Too bad the old house/church building won't stay, but it's smack in the middle of the property.

A great addition. It seems that Upper James will undergo a significant transformation over the next couple of years. If the full BRT A-Line is implemented, these units will become even more prevalent.

If we get more of these in the area, imagine we get a lot of quality restaurants like in north yorks yonge and finch area

This lies just outside of the 3000m approach surface for runway 06/24.
Future noise complainers none-the-less.

Hopefully not. But probably inevitable.

Why CN was putting up a stink about the redevelopment of James North, but I think their legs to stand on are skinnier.
