A slew of new projects are coming to Midtown Toronto these days, and that's the case specifically with the area around Bayview and Eglinton, which is home to a Crosstown station.
A 25 floor residential tower with 300 units is proposed here, and active demo of the old homes has already concluded at the site. Retail is to be set in the base:
