Remember this one when it surfaced last fall, quite intriguing.

If memory serves me right, this would be one of the first multiple property sales for a build in Hamilton, which would be quite unique. This is more like a Toronto build where someone just has a vision and buys up whatever is needed based on the locale to execute the new build.

King from Bay onwards has become quite the development strip.

It's also losing whatever character it has (which has mainly been about the north side of the street, at least between Bay and Queen aside from properties like the A&W)

Well at least this current iteration matches the rowhouses a bit more..

that last balcony looks weird as hell though, like its been cut into the design..
