So, from Hess to almost to La Luna. La Luna property just recently sold to an investment/development firm.

Remember this one when it surfaced last fall, quite intriguing.
If memory serves me right, this would be one of the first multiple property sales for a build in Hamilton, which would be quite unique. This is more like a Toronto build where someone just has a vision and buys up whatever is needed based on the locale to execute the new build. King from Bay onwards has become quite the development strip. |
