The third phase of the Flagler Sixth project in Fort Lauderdale would be an apartment tower with grocery-anchored commercial space on the ground floor.
The city’s Development Review Committee will consider plans Tuesday for the 30-story project at 689 N. Federal Highway. Flagler Sixth LLC, managed by Fort Lauderdale developers Steven Hudson of Hudson Capital Group and Charlie Ladd of Baron Commercial, is the developer.
The first phase of Flagler Sixth is a 4-story retail/office building that’s currently under construction. The second phase is slated for 320 apartments and 29,706 square feet of commercial space in 32 stories.

Now, the third phase would be designed around a grocery store on the ground floor. It would serve the Flagler Village neighborhood, where there’s been a boom of multifamily development, along with the busy Federal Highway corridor.
Flagler Residences North would total 758,886 square feet, with 241 apartments, a 28,878-square-foot grocery store with an attached 1,400-square-foot liquor store, 14,530 square feet of additional commercial space, and an 810-space parking garage.

I like this one, very classy with nice density. US-1 is becoming a treat in Fort Lauderdale.

These will look nice, the first phase is still U/C and it's a 4 floor retail and office building.
