New stacked townhouse development going in front of the Design Review Panel. Rendering is in the latest edition of Novae Res Urbis. This will have 16 units and replaces what is currently an empty lot:

This isn't too bad, nice infill.

Until they recently fenced this property up, I would walk through this lot on my way to work everyday. Happy something seems to be happening.

building permit issued here, and when I drove by this morning it looked like they had begun excavation for the foundations.

Any development in Ward 3 is very welcomed

Kelly Street had been closed to traffic and a shoring rig was on site this morning when I drove by.

Who's the developer here?

My pre-emptive sympathy goes out to those who will live in basement apartments here.

They went with grey brick? Ooof.

It's pre-cast concrete.

It looks literally identical to the render, other than the colour. Which im assuming they will paint it.

It will almost certainly be painted, yes.
