I like it. Sleek, and lots of glass.

They have a couple more renderings on their website.

The building as a whole doesn't look very cohesive. It has some nice elements, but it could still use some fine tuning.

Design Advice has been requested by TVA Architects for a project at 1650 NW Naito Parkway:

Metropolitan in the front, Atwater in the back, with Pinnacle love handles? Or maybe some hybrid "love child"? ;)

Where precisely is this project? Is the site a portion of the parking lot for the 3-story office building? Or does it replace the one-story building (think it is red/black?) closer to the Mills site?

Immediately southeast of the existing office building, on a section of the site currently occupied by parking. There's a site plan in the pre-app notice linked above.

I'm surprised something this large is being propsed on the Willamette. I'm not against the height, but wish it was more slender.

That thing is a lot of building

The proposed building has way too many window configurations and various external moves that make it visually cluttered. It lacks clarity.

Can someone explain to me why the North Pearl and South Waterfront seem to be stealing each other's zeitgeist? Cosmopolitan, NV, Vista and now this project all seem better suited for SW, at least as originally envisioned. Remember? Why, it was going to become a veritable forest of towers! A mini-Vancouver of sorts. Post-recession it's nothing but a sea of 8-storey apartment warehouses down there while the Pearl continues to go tall(er). What's up (or not) with that?
