This proposal comes as a partnership with Nashville-based Pearl Street Partners and Charlotte-based residential titan Crescent Partners to build the 2nd largest and tallest apartment development in Nashville, after 505 currently U/C at 5th Ave North & Church St. This site was to be an spec office tower adjacent to Turnberry's JW Marriott that is currently in site-prep.

Office tower proposal looked better.

I like the design of this tower better, but I definitely loved the previous proposal better at street level and how it connected to the JW Marriott.

So apparently, the excavation has been happening on this for some time now, and it should rise along side the hotel. A start date in the first quarter of 2017 is being targeted.
