Looking for Realtor
 

Can anyone here recommend a realtor who won't be turned off by showing houses around the Centre Mall area? I am hoping to find a younger realtor who may not has as much experience but is a keener and willing to put up with me asking a lot of questions about particular listings.

Sorry, I can't recommend one but I went with a newby when I moved here from TO 6yrs ago...Biggest mistake of my life! And he was referred to me by someone. :slob:

It may just have been my experience but you may as well get someone with experience since it doesn't cost you anything.

These people know the lower city, as well as all the newer parts. I know they have an interest in downtown. I've bumped into them downtown, frequenting a favourite restaurant.

Michael the son has commented on downtown condo developments.
