Registry of Properties of Heritage Interest?

Hi, looking for some help here. I came across this list at one time, it's a City of Hamilton document, available on the City's website. It's a list that includes most older buildings in and around downtown, that are not designated but I believe are under some level of protection. Of course I can't find it on the city's useless website and google isn't much help either. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Some friends of mine live in a mid 1800's stone cottage in Kirkendall that their landlords want to stucco(?!!!) I remembered this heritage properties list and thought there might be some hope that it would afford them protection at least in the way of a necessary permit required for significant alterations. Also going to contact the neighbourhood association to line up support. Any other ideas?

Thanks

Thanks guys, that was exactly what I needed. Believe me, I tried the hamilton.ca and got only bad links.

Turns out the house is on the inventory of heritage buildings but it's not designated. The fight begins.
