By coincidence, two very good friends of mine own the red one. There are only a few blocks of Baltimore-style rows in DC. It's very nice inside.

What's the story on the Adams Morgan murals? (which I love) Anymore photos of AM or Shaw?

Is that a Black Civil War soldier monument?

I always like the pics with pedestrians in them. Attractive views of DC..makes me want to visit.

i miss my old city! i love the cherry blossom pics the most. if you ever get any of the new national's stadium and adjacent area, please post them. i hope the revitalization of that area really picks up even with the bad economy. they have been talking about fixing up that area for 10 years!

I do have some photos of the stadium, but never posted them. They're a good 9 months old. If I can find them, I'll dig them out.

That is THE African American Civil War Memorial.
Here are more pictures of Shaw / U Street, and here are more pictures of Adams Morgan. Murals are just a thing in Adams Morgan. There are a ton of them (those are the two most famous).
