830 Brickell is now nearly topped off.

The 57-story tower is close to topping off at 724 feet above ground, making it Brickell’s tallest office tower and the second tallest office building in all of Miami.

Bad news this morning: WeWork pulls out of lease deal at highly anticipated Miami office tower
https://www.bizjournals.com/southflo...-in-miami.html

Quote:

The coworking giant was expected to lease ten floors in the building.

Multiple sources confirmed reports that the New York-based coworking company has pulled out of a deal to lease 146,000 square feet at the 57-story development rising at 830 Brickell Plaza.
Tadd Schwartz, a spokesman for developers OKO Group and Cain International, maintains that the project is 70% leased, even though the building is not slated to be finished until the end of the year.

Prior to the Commercial Observer reporting that WeWork would withdraw, a broker representing the landlord told the Business Journal that none of its tenants that signed leases for office space had backed out.
OKO Group and Cain International declined to comment on WeWork.

Citadel is now the biggest tenant at the under-construction 830 Brickell office tower after it leased 90,000 square feet there, according to Bloomberg.
In total, Citadel will occupy six full floors at 830 Brickell.
OKO Group and Cain International, who are jointly developing 830 Brickell, released the following statement:

“Citadel’s lease for a new Miami office at 830 Brickell cements our tower and the Brickell Financial District as the destination of choice for finance, technology, and professional services firms relocating and expanding to Miami. Citadel’s arrival at 830 Brickell reaffirms our long-held belief and strategic vision that best-in-class office buildings – and the companies and talent they attract – will continue to play an important role in the future of global hubs like Miami. We look forward to welcoming Citadel as the newest addition to the 830 Brickell tenant roster of world-leading businesses.”

This tower is very modern and it will be one f the tallest of the Brickell area. The pedestal parking garage is covered by a ingenious design.

I hope that that back wall will not remain exposed concrete.

Link? I can't find any renderings that show that side of the building.

Updated view, the back side looks better, I don't know if that's just the sun angle. I was just in that area last week but I didn't look up at the back side of the building.:

Kirkland & Ellis signed a lease for 115,000 square feet across six floors at 830 Brickell, a new office development that has attracted the likes of Citadel, Microsoft Corp. and private equity firm Thoma Bravo, according to a statement Monday. The 55-story building, developed by OKO Group and Cain International, is now fully leased ahead of its completion. The deal by Kirkland, which has large offices in Chicago and New York, makes it one of the biggest law-firm tenants in Miami.
